FAQ

Are you experiencing:

  • High levels of stress and/or anxiety
  • Inability to break unwanted habits
  • Persistent dissatisfaction in your career, relationship status, or health
  • Creativity blocks

Then it may be a good time for a life coach.

A life coach can help you identify your obstacles and clarify your goals. Then together, you’ll devise strategies to overcome each obstacle.

You’ll also uncover any undesirable habits and work to change them into good ones. During the process you’ll gain self-confidence and a sense of empowerment.

Most importantly, a life coach will help you identify your unique skills and gifts and how to optimize them. They will then provide you with support and accountability to help you achieve lasting improvements to your life.

A life coach can help you tackle these issues with support.

For a moment, imagine checking things off your to do list. Ah…few things in life can compare to that sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, right? Did you know you get a dopamine boost each time you cross something off that never-ending task list? This puts your brain and you in a place to have a greater sense of well-being, confidence, and joy.

Maybe this is you now: you have a good life but often feel unfulfilled in a certain area. Maybe it’s with your career or relationship or you have a habit you just can’t shift.

Body-Informed Resiliency is a series of movements designed as a physical companion to mindset resiliency. Mindset resiliency is the practice of reframing challenges to see them as opportunities.

Challenges can cause stress in the body and an upregulated autonomic nervous system (ANS). This means your fight, flight, and freeze mechanism is overworking, making it difficult to relax and feel good.

Body-Informed Resiliency creates balance in the ANS by toning the ventral branch of the vagal nerve and moving cerebral spinal fluid (CSF).

When the ANS is balance, you are better able to work effectively towards your goals while feeling good.

If you are so stressed that moving towards your goals makes you want to nap, the Body-Informed Resiliency course is a great place to begin. It is also a great daily practice to support you on towards reaching your goals.

If you are eager to dive in, try the introductory 12-week program. 12-weeks is the perfect amount of time to get a system in place to help you achieve any goal.

Together, we will break down your goal into subgoals, find out your strengths and what’s blocking you, and help you experience greater joy and ease in your life. Get started today.

According to many traditions, sound is one of the greatest forces in our universe. It is also both sacred and healing.

Sounding is a form of rhythmic repetition of mantra and resonant (vowel) sounds to calm the mind, relax the body and improve concentration and awareness. Its effects are often immediate and long-lasting.

Used consistently, sounding can create some of the most profound changes in your mindset and life.

Each teacher has their own definition of embodiment. For me, it means experiencing the world not just through your mind but relating to it via the sensations of your body.

Embodiment fosters a greater sense of presence and relaxation. It is not about achieving a perfect state of mind and body. It’s about experiencing what’s going on in your body and deep-diving into those sensations. The goal is not to quiet the mind; the mind quiets on its own as a result.

A great example of this is when you breathe diaphragmatically. Once you begin feeling the sensations of breathing i.e. the expansion of your rib cage, the filling of your lungs, maybe even the tightness of your muscles between your ribs, you are embodying those sensations.

Embodiment is a foundational practice for self-love, healing, and reaching your goals. It helps you reconnect and remember your soul’s calling and intuition and provides insight into your own unique life journey.
